1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with Deckio for any reason, you can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase.

2. Full vs. Partial Refunds

Full refund: If you have generated fewer than 500 cards during your current billing period, you are eligible for a full refund within the 7-day window.

Partial refund: If you have generated 500 or more cards, a partial refund may be issued. The refund amount is based on the fraction of your plan's card limit that remains unused. For example, if your plan includes 1,500 cards and you've used 600, you may receive a refund proportional to the remaining 900 cards (60% of your subscription cost).

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  • Email us at deckio.app@gmail.com
  • Include your account email address
  • Briefly describe why you're requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)

We typically process refund requests within 2-3 business days. Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • You'll retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Your account will revert to the Free plan after your subscription ends
  • All your existing decks and cards will remain accessible

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments, our payment provider. Dodo Payments handles all billing, invoicing, and refund processing on our behalf.

For billing inquiries or payment issues, you may also contact Dodo Payments directly through the receipt email you received after purchase.
